If you think that a couple of ghosts is a bonus, rather than a scare. A house like this in Stockton, California would be perfect for you. The house was built in 1925 and has changed owners several times since 2002. It was sold for less than half of the purchase price in 2007. Lucky someone made a good deal, they only gave 120, 000$ for it! Neighbours is claiming that the house is haunted, by whom the story doesn't tell.. We can only wonder... I'm not sure if it's true, but I can't help to think that the idea is wonderful! Hmmm ghosts or no ghosts, the house looks creepingly amazing!! I would love to have a house like this some day and make it into a haunted house.. The only difference would be that this one allready is haunted;)
